FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: TICKETS & WILL-CALL

I lost my credit card, what do I do?

If you are picking your tickets up at will call you will need to present your original credit card in order to receive your tickets. If you are unable to provide the original credit card, we will accept a clear and legible photo/copy of the card itself.

If your credit card was lost or stolen you may present any other official documentation verifying the original card number. This can be a banking statement with your transaction or a letter obtained at your local bank branch certifying the lost or stolen credit card number.

Tickets will not be released to anyone without proper documentation or proof of purchase and will not be eligible for a refund.

Someone else purchased my tickets, how can I pick them up at the festival?

If someone else purchased the tickets for you, please present photocopies of both the purchasers credit card and government issued photo ID to pick up your ticket at the event. For security purposes we suggest you black out the first 8 digits of the credit card on the photo/copy.

I will not be able to attend the show. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there is a NO REFUNDS POLICY. If you opted to have the tickets you purchased left at will call, we will allow another to pick up in your place as long as they can present the proper documentation. That person will need to have the original credit card used to purchase the tickets. If they cannot bring the original credit card, you must provide them with a photo/copy of the card and your government issued ID.

My transaction failed, why was my account still charged?

If your order was declined online, it could possibly be for following reasons:
You may have entered an incorrect zip code that does not match the billing address of the credit card
You may have entered an incorrect credit card number
You may have entered and invalid or incorrect security code (CVV2)
The card itself may be over its credit limit

While we do void all failed transactions immediately, your bank may place a hold on this charge which will be released automatically when your bank reconciles the transaction.

If you have a charge on your statement that has not been released after 3-5 business days please contact your bank.

Travel

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Our city’s primary airport and the 3rd busiest in the nation, LAX is surrounded by plentiful hotel options in the community of Westchester. Complementary LAX Shuttles are available to Aviation Station to connect you to the Metro Green Line.

Bob Hope/Burbank Airport (BUR)
The city’s secondary airport lies north of the venue in Burbank. The airport offers complementary shuttles to the North Hollywood station (Metro Red Line). However, you must reserve these free shuttle rides in advance.
Distance to venue: 15 miles

Long Beach Airport (LGB)
While the Metro Blue Line hosts multiple stops in Long Beach, the airport does not lie directly on this route. Passengers may require cab or bus fare to connect to the railway. Long Beach is a popular summertime destination known for its aquarium and beaches.
Distance to venue: 25 miles

John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA)
The John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana may be a difficult daily commute for those attending the festival, but if your travel plans include Disney or Knotts Berry Farm theme parks, this may be an option for you.

LA / Ontario Airport, San Bernardino County (ONT)
Located east of Los Angeles, this airport is a favorite of business travelers on a budget. Commuters may fight traffic traveling from San Bernardino, so allow sufficient travel times if using this option.

Getting Here

BY TRAIN:

The Metro Train is THE BEST way to get to the show and it’s open extra late just for this event!

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) service is a convenient alternative for all HARD Summer ticketholders on both days of days of the festival.

METRO GOLD LINE: Attendees can take the Gold Line to the Chinatown Station (901 N Spring St, Los Angeles 90012) and then walk a short distance to the festival entrance.

METRO RED, BLUE & EXPO LINES: Attendees can also take the Red Line, Blue Line or new Expo Line to Union Station, which is an 8 minute walk to the festival entrance.

Important times to note about the Metro:

Trains run every 12 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes after 7:00 PM
The last Northbound train to the Pasadena stations departs the Chinatown Station at 2:14 AM
The last Southbound train to Little Tokyo and the East L.A. stations departs the Chinatown Station at 2:05 AM and connects to the last Red Line train at Union Station at 2:12 AM

You can download the Metro Mobile App for free. It’s available for iPhone, iPad and Android.

BY BUS:

The Chinatown Station adjacent to the park is served by Metro Bus lines 81, 83 and 84. Please be sure to check http://www.metro.net/riding/maps/

Plan your best route using the Trip Planner at metro.net. A map showing Metro routes and parking locations is included below.

Why drive when you can ride!

BY CARPOOL:

Since there are multiple routes to L.A. State Historic Park by car, fans need to take note of directional signage and freeway message boards. The Los Angeles Department of Transportation and the Los Angeles Police Department will deploy throughout the area and will update freeway signage to help direct attendees to the venue as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Carpooling is strongly encouraged. The small difference between three versus four people riding per car results in thousands of fewer vehicles on the road. This greatly streamlines traffic and parking, not to mention reducing harmful exhaust emissions and saving money on gas.

The L.A. State Historic Park does not have any parking on-site but there are several public parking lots nearby.

BY TAXI / LIMO:

Taxi/Limo Drop Off is located at the intersection of Alameda Street and Alpine Street in Chinatown.

Please continue to check back as we will continue to update this page with the most current information. Thank you.
