Where:

The festival will take place across five stages in the western parking lots of Hollywood Park, specifically lots A, B, C, D, K, L, N, and O. No stages will be placed near the Briarwood, Carlton Square, or Renaissance communities.

Street Closures

A comprehensive transportation management plan will be in effect for HARD Summer, modeled after the traffic plan used for large-scale events at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.
HARD Summer will follow the same traffic plan approved for NFL games at SoFi Stadium. Traffic modifications will occur:

Saturday, August 1st: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Sunday, August 2nd: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

FAQ

What is the expected attendance for each event day?

Attendance is estimated at up to 75,000 attendees per day on both Saturday and Sunday.

What security measures are in place for the event?

HARD Summer is working closely with law enforcement, emergency services, and other authorities to ensure a secure event environment, both within and around the Hollywood Park footprint. We are committed to the safety of our attendees and the surrounding community.

Will there be security at the parking lots on Pincay?

Yes. All parking lots, including those on Pincay, will have both parking attendants and security staff present.

How will streets around Hollywood Park be cleaned after the event?

City services are prepared to manage street cleaning and maintenance just as they do after large events such as Los Angeles Rams and Chargers games.

Where can attendees park and access rideshare services like Uber or Lyft?

Public parking will be available in the following lots at Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium: Lots I, Q, H, G, F, E, Parking Structure 4, and the Panhandle Lots. Additional parking will be provided at the Intuit Dome and The Forum.

Parking operations will follow the same procedures used for NFL games at SoFi Stadium.
Designated rideshare pickup locations include:
North: Kareem Court. between Manchester Blvd & Pincay Ave
North: Pincay Ave & Kareem Court/Manchester Blvd
South: Yukon Ave & 102nd St

No. There will be no fireworks following the final performance on either event day.

Cierres de calles y plan de gestión de transporte:

HARD Summer implementará un plan integral de gestión del transporte, basado en el plan de tráfico utilizado para eventos a gran escala en SoFi Stadium y Hollywood Park.

HARD Summer seguirá el mismo plan de tráfico aprobado para los partidos de NFL en el SoFi Stadium. Se realizarán modificaciones de tráfico:

Colaboración con LA Metro

Para reducir el tráfico, HARD Summer se ha asociado con LA Metro para fomentar el uso del transporte público. Habrá un servicio de transporte gratuito desde el nuevo Centro de Tránsito LAX/Metro directamente al SoFi Stadium. El Centro de Tránsito conecta con las líneas C y K, que ofrecen acceso a más de 10 estacionamientos gratuitos y casi 5,000 espacios de estacionamiento adicionales.
